The Elysia is a higher-quality instrument, suitable for advancing students who are studying for the higher grades. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent, and this instrument is constructed from selected tone-woods and fitted with high-quality parts in Stentors' UK workshops.

As is usual with instruments of this quality, this violin is sold "instrument only", which means that we do not supply a case or a bow. This is because a generic outfit is unlikely to offer what a more advanced player requires. We can always create an outfitsuitable to your particular preferences - please call us for further advice. We suggest a carbon fibre bow for this instrument - the Coda Prodigy for example.
All violinists will need a shoulder rest. We recommend a Viva or a Wolf, which are also available from Omega Music.
